Client Survey - 2018

While we're very proud of the testimonials received (see below), we also feel it's important to check how all our clients feel about the service we provide.  In 2012 we commissioned our first client survey which was very positive, so in late 2018 we decided it was time to check again to see if we were maintaining our high standards.  We are delighted with the results which are at least as good as in 2012, and in some instances even better.

Comments include "business support above and beyond the normal expectations of an accountancy practice” and “I feel in partnership with them rather than a client”.

99% of respondents agreed that our “team are friendly and helpful”; 98% that we are “knowledgeable and experienced” and 98% that they “would be willing to recommend Wilson Bott”.
